How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

Canada $15 CAD flat rate standard shipping. $30 CAD express shipping.

We sadly have paused shipping to the USA because of the new 35% tariffs, which makes it unsustainable for us as a small business. If you are willing to pay this fee, please contact us with your order request, and we will send you an invoice! We will update this page with any updates, or hopefully when we can ship to the USA again.

Other international orders please contact for weight-based shipping! :)

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. If it is a larger order, processing time may take up to 5 business days because some candles are made-to-order.

What is your refund policy?

No returns or exchange, due to the nature of our products, Please email us if you have an issue with your order - we would love to discuss and find a resolution.

What kind of wax do you use?

All our candles are crafted with Canadian beeswax from a beekeeper on Vancouver Island. We do not use any fragrances. We use candle-safe red dye for our red candles, while our ‘pure’ candles are 100% pure beeswax.

Where is your farm stand located? What is in stock?

Our farm stand is located at the corner of Suffolk Road & North End Road on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada. The farm stand is re-stocked regularly and features specific candles & topicals seasonally. Body oils are only available during the warm season (May - September) due to freezing temperatures of the all-natural oils. Check our instagram to see what is available now or pre-order anything on our website for pick-up at the farm stand.
